Booking Details

Boats are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
A valid driver’s license, signed rental agreement and credit card are required for all rentals.
Renters are responsible for any damage, fuel charges or late return fees incurred during rental period.
Prices do not include sales tax.
Please arrive back at the scheduled time.
Late fees will apply if you return after scheduled due time.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to depart on time!
A contract agreement is required for boat rentals. Certain restrictions apply.
Alabama boating licenses are NOT REQUIRED for boat rentals.
If there is unfavorable weather, you can reschedule.
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed – If you are not happy with your rental – return it within 30 min of launch for a full refund, less any gas usage.

We DO NOT give Cash/credit refunds, rather we will gladly give you credit for use another time. (There can be an exception for this if the Renter lives 3+ hours away and cancels within 10 days of event)
If you cancel with 72 hours or more notice you will receive a 100% gift certificate to use another time, on any type of rental.
No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the event, for any reason, are non-refundable.
We do not allow cancellations for less-than-ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, and unsafe conditions, we will call you to move your reservation to a future date. Cancellations made by our staff due to the weather will still receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
